Home Sweet Home

I didn't realize that buying a home would be soooo frustrating! I feel like Goldilocks -- too big, too small, too pricey, too crappy . . . nothing "just right." I know it has only been 1 1/2 weeks but its frustrating. Once I do find a house that I like (or think that like) then its either a) under contract; b) has one or more offers; or c) it is a short-sale or some other thing that makes my realtor say basically "don't go there." I know I'm just impatient but I want my own home NOW! We've already put in two offers on two homes, only to find that there were better offers -- both had to have been higher than the asking price, based on what our offers were. Argg!!!! Somewhere out there is "our" house. It just hasn't called our name yet.
